Not very intuitive and TONS of grammatical errors in the articles.And no-one likes signing up for another recurring subscription. However a very good app with a lot of resources and options. It keeps me honest about practicing, even if it is just a little bit and I'm not super great at it. It's been a good program to accept that what I do doesn't have to be perfect as long as I do it.

One week in and I am hooked. I have been looking for the right combo of being able to do workouts at home on my own time but having someone to follow, similar to a class format. This app is all of that and more. I love the playlists that link to the workouts, and I love how easy it is to follow the exercises while still being able to do them from literally anywhere. The workouts are efficient, the food ideas are great, and the app is very user friendly.
